Basic Handyman Notes:

• Our services are based on a 1 Hour Minimum for any project, so make a list and let's get a few things done while we are there!
• We send a minimum of 2 people to a larger job to ensure there are enough hands to do lifting and other 2 person tasks. It moves things along more efficiently and carefully.
• All our work is guaranteed and not performed by retirees or hobbyists looking for extra cash. We are professionals.

Pricing Notes:

• Skilled Labor, compare to your mechanic or computer repair person. Remember this is your home. Plus their insurance costs are less.
  • 1 person $75 per hr
  • 2 people $110 per hr

• Jobs requiring 2 or more people - Extra skilled labor $55 per hr - Extra general laborer $35 per hr

When comparing rates, remember this:

All workers are covered under workers compensation insurance and the company is covered under a general liability policy to ensure customers peace of mind if anything were to happen on their property.

We estimate the scope of work and job times, and you never pay more than the estimate, unless the scope of work changes. This information is always documented carefully for you and for Built Solid before we begin!
