Just make the initial call. I look forward to talking with people about their projects. We discuss what you are looking to do and see how it all fits together within your budget. We can then set an appointment to meet.

At our meeting, I will design build from your vision by putting all the pieces together. Drawing off my experience, I can blend in some key suggestions as we discuss your home addition project. I check for obstacles, dangers and displacement and make you aware of any problems that could occur and discuss a time frame. This is your home and I don't want to set unrealistic expectations.

What will it cost?

To get a general budget idea I will measure, sketch and conceptualize your ideas and break each component broken down into realistic portions. This allows you to see what it actually takes to get the job done correctly for your design build remodel. If the general budget fits within your expectations we discuss which contract options best fit your needs. Then I will generate an exact cost from my computer estimating software with all building specifications.
